Maxcademy creates educational products such as E-Learning and Knowledge Base articles. We do this with a motivated team that is partly based in Suriname and partly in the Netherlands.

 

We are looking for a writer to join our team in Paramaribo. We are looking for someone who is curious, independent and resourceful. The ideal candidate strives for self-improvement and is always looking for ways to do the job even better and more efficiently.

 

Career

 

You start writing texts for a knowledge base. Many of these texts are already available in Dutch. We expect the writer to deliver a new version in perfect English. In addition, you should be able to take screenshots of the software.

​

You will spend the first days mastering the tools needed for the job and familiarizing yourself with the methods we use. Our client is a software supplier that supplies B2B software for Business Process Management. It is important that you get to know this software well. We have online training available for this.

 

You are expected to help improve the content we offer and promote our services to potential new customers. We expect you to read professional literature and follow courses during your career to keep your knowledge up to date.

 

Growth opportunities

If you learn to use and manage the customer's software properly, there is a possibility for advancement in the field of Customer Service or E-Learning.

 

Requirements

 

- You speak and write perfect English

- Attention to detail

- Affinity with or interest in software and IT

- Bachelor or Master degree

It's a plus if you

 

- Have knowledge of Business Process Management
